Requests For Repeat Prescriptions and Ordering Food

We are now offering the ability to submit requests for repeat prescriptions for all medications on our website.  You may also use this form to order prescription diets.

You can still telephone us if you would prefer to discuss a medication with a veterinary surgeon.  The best time to telephone any of our surgeries to speak to a vet is between 3.30 pm and 4.30 pm.

Please remember that we need to see animals every three months in a veterinary consultation to continue to prescribe and dispense medicines.  There may also be occasions when veterinary surgeons  request to see an animal sooner depending on the medical condition and recent status of the pet.

Please allow 48 hours for a veterinary surgeon to authorise a prescription only medicine.  Please also allow 2-3 days before collecting food as we may need to order it from our supplier.

Written prescriptions are available for prescription only medicines.  A charge of £5.00 + VAT will be made for each drug requiring a written prescription.
