Every time you see a veterinary surgeon for an appointment you will be charged a consultation fee.
We have a graded system where-by a higher fee is charged when you attend for the first time with a new medical condition and lower fees are charged for shorter follow-up appointments.

How Can I Pay?
We accept payment by Cash, Debit Card and Credit Cards. We no longer accept cheques and we cannot accept American Express.
Our terms are payment at the time of treatment.
If you are unable to settle your account on the day of your appointment, please ensure that you let us know before you see the veterinary surgeon so that we can try to help.
We will ALWAYS treat a veterinary emergency even if you cannot pay for the treatment at the time.
