HOSPITAL RECEPTION

On entering the building, the reception desk is to your left.  Please let the receptionists know if you have arrived for an appointment.  Alternatively, they will be more than happy to assist you with an enquiry.

We run an advanced computer system that is directly linked to all of our branch surgeries.  We can therefore make appointments for all of surgeries from any of our premises. 

Our spacious reception waiting area is separated into two sections.  We encourage clients to use one section for dogs and the other area for cats, rabbits and other pets.

If you prefer to wait outside, please let our receptionists know and we will inform you when the veterinary surgeon or nurse is ready for your appointment.
