IMPORTANT Changes To Our Emergency Service

After recent consultations with the other Veterinary Practices in our local area, it has been decided to allow an independent Emergency Veterinary Service to operate a dedicated "out of normal hours" service for clients of participating practices including ourselves.

This service is being run by VETS NOW, a company that specialises in providing the care required by sick animals when their normal practice is closed.

VETS NOW are using our Hospital at Walnut Tree as their Emergency Centre.

Animals hospitalised by us will remain at the Hospital and their treatment will be carried out by the VETS NOW team whilst they are working.  The animals will return to to our care during our normal working hours.

VETS NOW work every week night from 7 pm until 8 am the following morning, from 12 pm on Saturday until 8 am Monday and every Bank Holiday.
