She has always loved animals and has 2 cats called Lilo and Stitch – named by her children years ago. She also has 2 Grand Pugs who she absolutely adores because they are so funny looking. In her spare time, she loves seeing films and live music whenever possible and spending time with her daughters who are all grown up now.

She has two Border collies of her own, and loves nothing better than a walk up the woods on a blustery day. She also has a little old cat called Ted. In her spare time, she goes caravanning with her husband and dogs, and spending time with her grand children.

Michelle Baulch

She has a house full of paws, 2 dogs, Ferdi and Schmee, and 2 cats, Honey and Princess. In her spare time (a rare event), she enjoys a good catch up and natter with her friends over a nice meal and a good wine!

Angie Eales
Angie Eales
Angie has worked part-time at the Stony Stratford branch for over 35 years, originally with Ken Pitman when the branch was in a shed in his garden! When he retired, the practice was moved to Timor Court and she moved too. She has a great relationship with many of our longstanding clients. She has a farm just on the outskirts of Milton Keynes which keeps her busy. She also has children and grandchildren that take up the bit of her that’s left!

Bev Millward
Bev Cook-Abbott
Bev has worked for the practice since 2000, and is mainly at the Stony Stratford and Whaddon Way branches. Although over 10 years, she has gained valuable experience as a nursing assistant at Walnut Tree Hospital. She now also helps Jess run the puppy parties at our Willen branch. Outside of work, she is a huge rugby fan and enjoys her garden, her 3 cats and likes to rehome old dogs (because they sleep a lot, can’t chase cats and don’t need long walks!).¬†Having retired from singing in a punk band she now co-runs a voluntary group called Dog Squad MK where they help people find their lost dogs in Milton Keynes.

Lee Hales
Lee Hales
Lee joined the practice in 2000 at the newly opened Veterinary Hospital at Walnut Tree. She has a daughter and a dog she rehomed as a tiny puppy 7 years ago. She has been at Stoke Road for about 5 years. In her spare time, she enjoys walking, reading and spending time with her family.

Nicole Spurr
Nicole Spurr
Nicole has come to Walnut Tree from another veterinary practice in Leighton Buzzard where she lives, with her three dogs (Moya, Biddy and Pip), five cats, and her Husband Steve – who sometimes manages to get to see her! In her spare time, she likes to draw, read and walk the dogs. She is also a very lucky Granny with six Grandchildren too.

Ann Glass
Ann Glass
Ann has been involved in the vet industry on and off since the 70’s. Her life revolves around her three very spoiled cats, one of which was hand reared and thinks Ann is his slave. The love of her life is Dexter, a poodle cross who is like a teddy bear. She also haves a keen interest in tropical fish which she has collected for over 40 years now, and currently has a 500litre tank which keeps her busy.

Cathy Hayward
Cathy Hayward
Cathy was born and bred in Surrey and lived there until 2012 when she moved to Bedfordshire. She has worked in Veterinary practice, in various roles since 1977. Her 4 Irish Setters Luna, Lois, Kitty & Lottie are her pride and joy. When she is not working as a receptionist or dog walking, she loves spending time in her garden, growing her own vegetables and flowers. On rainy days, she prefers to be inside tracing her family history and is currently studying for a genealogy qualification.

Hannah Jefferies
Hannah Jefferies
Hannah has rejoined the practice after an eight year break, during which she had two daughters Sydney and Olivia. She had a cheeky kitty called CJ, a corn snake called Biscuit and a leopard gecko called Spotty. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and escaping for the odd weekend to let her inner geek come out for sci-fi conventions.

Sophie Irwin
Sophie Irwin

After being brought up on a farm, she is a real animal lover, and her mum has worked at the practice since 1976. She has a chocolate Labrador called Lola, a Hamster called Eric and a horse called Doodles, who all get very spoilt. In her spare time, she likes to go horse riding and spend lots of time with her friends and family. She now works part-time following the birth of her daughter.
